Fee Schedule

Not included in the quote — passed through at actual cost.

Curbside pickup is free; baggage-claim meet & greet is a small add-on.

A small fee applies when pets travel onboard — let us know at booking.

A small fee applies to trips beginning very early or very late.

A grace period is included after landing; a wait fee applies beyond that.

Not included unless specified — customary tip is 15–20% at your discretion.

Cancellations 2+ hours before pickup receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may incur a fee.
Weddings and special events may require a deposit, agreed in writing at booking.

Once your quote is confirmed, payment is arranged directly with our team via a secure payment link. No payment is required to submit a request.
